Things to consider prior to your consultation:

We love visuals! Send us any inspo photos or Pinterest boards that you saved that convey colors, arrangements, and/or styles that you would like to achieve.
Note all of your venue’s information: Address, coordinators, any special info specific to your venue.
Any important people of contact for your big day. This could be a coordinator, an event planner, a family member or guest that you designate to help with organizing.

TELL US ABOUT YOUR DAY!

Planning begins! We start by asking questions about the vibes, style, and look that you want to achieve for your big day. Along with our inquiry form, send us any photos or Pinterest boards that you’ve saved.

LET'S CHAT

After we review our availability, we will contact you to set up an initial virtual consultation with Robin, our lead wedding stylist. Please see our guide on what to have prepared prior to your consultation.

YOUR PERSONALIZED PROPOSAL

After your initial consultation, we will review the designs you discussed. We will email a customized proposal within 7-10 business days. (Pricing is valid for 30 days after the proposal is received.)

BOOKED!

If you choose to book with us, we require a digital signature of your proposal along with a non-refundable deposit. Once we acquire these, your event will be added to our calendar. We look forward to working with you!

YOUR BIG DAY IS APPROACHING

About 1 month prior to your event we will hold a final consultation between you and Robin to make sure your proposal is perfect. Any final changes can be made to your proposal at this time.

YOUR CUSTOM ORDER

After the final changes to your proposal is approved, we order the fresh product specific to your wedding/event.

DESIGN DAYS

The week of your event is here, and this is where everything comes together! A sneak peek of the bride’s bouquet is sent 1-2 days prior to the event. In this text, we will confirm all delivery/install/pick up dates and times.
